No bitmoji avatar icon

Was trying out the Bitmoji Kit Web tutorial - https://docs.snapchat.com/docs/bitmoji-kit-web and managed to set up until "Adding Bitmoji Kit Icon HTML Example Full Code".

However, when I start my client, I get a 403 error for the url https://sdk.bitmoji.com/assets/bitmoji-no-avatar-icon.svg - it seems my user did not have a bitmoji avatar so it is trying to display the no avatar icon and failing...

Not sure where I need to raise bugs about it - decided to point it out here instead.
